Health Guarantee
I am not a business or kennel. I do provide a 7 day Health Guarantee if your puppy is seriously ill. please have a licensed vet provide documentation. My vet clears every dog I sell or I disclose any information I have to the new families.
Unconditional Return Policy
If for any reason you are unable to provide for your puppy or your puppy has special needs that you are not able to handle, please contact us before he/she is put in a shelter or pound. I am a Pug Expert and able to modify behavior & retrain & relocate any pug I sell so there is NO reason not to return them to me. Even if he/she is agressive, snips at, bites someone it doesn't matter, please return the dog to me before any harsh actions are taken. I can retrain and correct ANY pug. I am unable to refund your donation but know you are thinking about what is best for the animal and his/her relocation. Thank You for keeping my Pug family safe.
